I know life can make you feel like there just isn't anytime for sitting still....but your very wrong. Your body will command this from you when it wants it anyway. So why not give your body what it needs to give you what you need.
Make it your business to give yourself at least 15 minutes to yourself to breathe and collect your thoughts. Decide when you need it most and just do it.
For me it is the moment I walk inside my home. With children and a busy life that moment can be very stressful and fast. I demand that first 15 minutes to walk in, take off my coat and sit down. Unless someone is bleeding everybody knows don't drop kick mommy at the door, let her walk inside and take off her stuff. : ))
That is just what works for me, try what works for you and I bet you will see a calmer, nicer, and focused....you <3
